- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've only been with State Farm for two years and I love my coverage. I have an affordable bill. I haven't personally met Tim Grauel, but I've heard via a relative of mine that works for State Farm corporate office that he's a nice mane but his staff here isn't to kind. I've had a few incidents where the staff was rude and snotty. After the two years I've been with this agent I'm just tired of letting incidents go so now I'm in the process of looking for a new State Farm agent.August 11, 2017by Renee Johnson

They definitely know what they are doing and they are always willing to help us when we need insurance advice or guidance.
